Our Mission
InnoLab is our Enactus launchpad, where you'll turn a promising idea into a real venture that creates both social and economic impact. Over one semester, you'll work in a diverse team, receive one-on-one coaching from mentors and industry experts, and develop your idea through problem validation, prototyping, and business model development.
By the end, your idea can become an official Enactus Munich Venture, giving you the opportunity to take your first steps towards building a startup.

Start with a problem worth solving and turn it into a venture of your own. Over one semester, you'll work with your team to validate ideas, develop a prototype, and build a business model that combines entrepreneurial ambition with real social impact.
Learn how founders build companies, how investors spot potential, and how consultants tackle complex problems. Through weekly team meetings and hands-on workshops, you'll gain perspectives you won't find in a lecture hall. As a full member of Enactus Munich, you'll also gain access to the wider Enactus Germany network, including its partners, events, and networking opportunities.
Your final pitch at the end of the semester could just be the beginning. Promising projects can grow into official Enactus Ventures and open doors to opportunities such as the Enactus National Cup, Startup Accelerator, and potentially the Enactus World Cup. From there, you can take your idea further, gain exposure, and continue building beyond InnoLab.
Semester journey
Over the course of one semester, we will take you through every step of the startup journey: combining learning, teamwork and action to make your idea happen.
Application status01
Start with a weekend getaway full of team-building, workshops, and inspiration. You'll explore your interests, connect with your new team, and dive into the world of social entrepreneurship.

Each week, you'll explore a different stage of building a venture, from identifying real problems by talking to customers and validating your ideas, to developing prototypes and business models, and ultimately learning how to pitch your venture to investors.

Get guidance from founders, industry experts, and experienced mentors from organizations such as BCG and UnternehmerTUM. They'll challenge your thinking, provide feedback on your venture, and share real-world experience to help you take your idea further.

Show us what you've built! On the final pitch night, you and your team will present your venture to a jury of advisors and Enactees and prove that you're ready to become the next official Enactus Venture.

Alongside building your venture, you'll become part of the wider Enactus community. Expect team gatherings, sports nights, social events, and plenty of opportunities to connect beyond the workshops and project work.

InnoLab runs over one semester, from the kickoff weekend to the final pitch event.
You will work in a diverse team to validate a problem, develop a prototype, and build a business model that creates both social and economic impact.
Founders, industry experts, and experienced mentors will offer coaching and feedback. Weekly meetings and workshops support your team throughout the semester.
Promising projects can become official Enactus Munich Ventures and continue building beyond InnoLab, with opportunities such as the Enactus National Cup and Startup Accelerator.
